I run a local event posting site where people share everything from garage sales to poetry slams. It's basically a community bulletin board that actually gets used, unlike those neighborhood Facebook groups full of drama. You just list what, when, and where, and folks show up. Last week someone organized a spontaneous bike repair workshop through it, and like twenty people came with their rusty chains and flat tires.
